Catskill Manhattan
- 2 1/2 oz Bootlegger New York Craft Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Stir and strain into a glass. Serve neat or on ice.
- Garnish with brandied cherry and orange peel

Directions
- Add bouron, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass for straight up. Pour into rocks glass with ice for a more mellow cocktail.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry (or a lemon twist, if preferred).
