- 1oz Bootlegger New York Craft Gin
- 1/2 oz orange blossom honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water, stir until dissolved)
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Shake, strain into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a long lemon twist
Ingredients
- 1oz Bootlegger New York Craft Gin
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1/2 oz orange blossom honey syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: lemon twist
Directions
- Make simple syrup (equal parts honey and warm water, stir until dissolved)
- Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with the Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
