Roscoe Mule
- 2 oz of Bootlegger New York Craft Vodka
- ½ oz of lime juice
- 6 oz of ginger beer
- Garnish: mint sprig and lime wheel
- Mint Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, add granulated sugar and water. Bring to a boil and then turn heat to low, stirring often until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and add mint. Allow to steep for about 15 minutes, then strain simple syrup into an airtight jar or container.
Ingredients

- ½ oz of lime juice
- 6 oz of ginger beer

Directions
- Pour vodka and lime juice into a mug; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine.
- Drop a lime wedge into the mug for garnish.
